Radiation Oncology at the Eleanor N. Dana Cancer Center offers the most cutting-edge technology in all of Northwest Ohio. Radiation therapy services available in Ann Arbor, Columbus and Cleveland, are available to you right here in Toledo.
With our 4D PET-CT simulator, Varian TrueBeam TM linear accelerator and dedicated Varian Edge radiosurgery unit, we provide a broad range of radiation therapy services to our patients. These include intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), and high-dose rate (HDR) brachytherapy.
Our faculty has extensive expertise in SRS and SBRT, with the ability to treat many types of tumors in the brain, lungs, spine, liver and other locations in the body, often with only one to five precise, high-dose treatments. Our radiation oncology team always makes quality and safety a priority while designing customized treatment plans for each patient.

We understand that as a cancer patient or a family member your first priority is to find the best treatment for you or your loved one. We also realize that you have numerous options. Our commitment to you is that we will always strive to provide the highest level of patient care in a university setting – no less than what we would expect for our own family members.
